Hi, everyone,

Thought this deserved its own thread.

First, Pulp Siege is officially re-titled to Amazing Adventures: a Siege Engine pulp roleplaying game.

Second....

PLAYTEST IS DONE AND THE MANUSCRIPT FINALIZED.

Sort of. I sent the completed, playtested manuscript off last night to Steve, Christina, and Pete. It now moves to editing (and presumably minor revisions), layout, art, and all that good stuff.

So after all this wait...it's coming soon!

Someone already did. It's called "Omega World".

I'm being somewhat facetious. It fits your requirements, and it's the true 6th edition of Gamma World (the d20 monstrosity that came out by another company isn't Gamma World, despite the title). It does use the d20 System, so it should port over to C&C without too much trouble.

I own very little d20 System product, but what I do own is because I made exceptions to my strict no d20 System policy. And four out of five times I had no regrets making the exception. That fifth time? I simply needed to see how badly WotC screwed up Greyhawk following "From The Ashes".

Thanks for the input! I was looking to add hit locations for called shots. Expanding the armor rules would allow each location to be armored differently, thus tactical aiming for weak spots would be necessary at times. I need to mull over your ideas a bit. Thanks again!

There were some things left out, but I think that was more due to some crossing of wires. Which is being remedied! I have the write-up for the "World of Wheat Hollow" map areas that will be appearing in the next Crusader magazine, I hope!

There's also another adventure in the works that will expand the World a wee bit more and will have many new animals/monsters, magic items, and spells. More for everyone to enjoy, I hope!

Thanks for the review! I'm glad the kids enjoyed it!! I really enjoy reading about how others use and see the game. It was a lot of fun to write!

I've got a lot more stuff in the works. Hopefully, as soon as I get the artwork from Mr. Holloway, I'll be sending the write-up for the areas listed on the "World of Wheat Hollow" map for the next Crusader. There will be some new monsters and plenty to work with until the next adventure comes along - with the Trolls schedule, I have no idea when that will be! The titled is tentively called, Wild Goose Chase or Black Tim's Prize. It too will have many more animals detailed, along with new magic items and spells. Plenty of new places to explore!! I think the otters will like this one quite a bit.

Dang... I completely missed this. I was under the impression that it never got released. There were so many other issues that TLG was facing such as the problem with the hardbacks (the 4th print PHB delays) that year.

I would love to find out if it actually got released or this is an error.
